Mandatory under Queensland Building & Construction Commission. 6 years on structural defects, 6 months on non-structural. Funded by the QBCC Home Warranty Insurance levy.

Call or Portal
Phone us, or open your project in the customer portal and click 'warranty claim'. Either works.
We Inspect
We come back within five business days. Free inspection. We tell you straight whether it's our fault, BlueScope's, or storm.
We Fix
If it's our workmanship, we fix it at no charge. If it's material, we lodge with BlueScope on your behalf. If it's storm, we help you draft the insurance claim.
