Summit was built by a roofer, not an investor. The owner spent ten years working for other companies before going out on his own. He saw the same problems everywhere — salesmen who'd never been on a roof writing quotes, subcontractors who disappeared when things went wrong, and homeowners who had no idea who was actually doing the work.
So he started a company where the person you speak to is the person who oversees your job. Where every tradesman on your roof is a full-time employee, not a contractor pulled off Gumtree the night before. Where the quote is the price — not an opening bid.
Twenty years later, that's still how it works.

If your roof has five good years left, we'll tell you. If it needs replacing tomorrow, we'll tell you that too. We don't manufacture urgency to close a sale.
Respect the Site
Your home is not a construction zone. We tarp, we sweep, we remove every screw and offcut. You shouldn't know we were there — except for the new roof.
